Included in the package

  • Unlimited users: Manage users with role and action-level permissions.
  • Managed cloud infrastructure: Access the platform through the web without installing a server.
  • Managed platform backups: Infrastructure backups are operated by the platform team. Tenant-controlled export and restore are not available yet.
  • Bilingual experience: Use the interface and knowledge base in Turkish and English. Support scope is confirmed in writing in the proposal or agreement.
  • Permissions and activity records: User access and critical operational movements are handled under controlled workflows.
  • Knowledge base: Access Turkish and English operating guides for available processes.

Not considered ready package features

Dynamic label variables, automated purchase requests, OEE, shift/leave workflows, tenant-controlled backup restore and a separate recall case-quarantine-disposal-closure lifecycle are not ready today.

Yes. The annual ManuFox subscription price is TRY 50,000 plus VAT. The package includes unlimited users and a one-month free trial.

Are planned features included?

Planned features are not treated as ready in today's purchase decision. Commercial terms are explained through release notes and the agreement when they become available.

Is data migration included?

Standard data-preparation templates may be provided. Automated or custom migration from a legacy system is scoped separately after reviewing the data structure.

What are the support hours and SLA?

We do not publish one unverified SLA. Support channels, working hours, priority classes and target response times are written explicitly in the customer proposal.

Can I download my own backups?

Platform backups are a managed operational process. Tenant-screen backup and restore are not available yet.

How do cancellation and renewal work?

Renewal periods, notice and termination conditions are included in the signed proposal or agreement and shared in writing before purchase.
