What data may be processed?

Name, email, phone, company and request content may be processed during registration, sales and support workflows.

Session, security, error, activity and transaction records may be retained while using the application.

With your permission, the public site may measure visited pages, referrer, UTM parameters and an anonymous visitor identifier.

Processing purposes

Account creation, service delivery, security, troubleshooting, support, sales conversations and legal obligations.

Analytics data helps us understand product and site performance; marketing tags measure permitted campaigns.

Service providers

Cloudflare: public-site delivery, edge security and traffic processing.

Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag: campaign-measurement tools loaded only after marketing consent.

Email and support services may be used to answer requests and provide service communications. An up-to-date subprocessor list may be requested during contracting.

Storage and consent categories

Essential: local storage required for privacy choice, theme and security. It cannot be disabled.

Analytics: ManuFox public visitor measurement. Disabled by default.

Marketing: Meta and LinkedIn tags. Disabled by default and not downloaded before consent.

Retention and backups

In-session analytics identifiers may remain for the browser session. Your privacy choice is stored locally until you change it or clear browser data.

Customer and operational data is retained for contractual, service and legal requirements. It is deleted, anonymized or archived under controls when the period ends.

Platform backups are managed by the operations team. Tenant-controlled backup and restore screens are not available yet.

Security approach

Access is limited by role and action permissions, and sensitive movements are recorded.

Secure transport, tenant context, security headers and operational logs are used together.

No technical measure guarantees zero risk; events are monitored and an incident-response process is used when necessary.

Your rights and choices

You may ask whether data is processed, request information or correction, request deletion or anonymization where legally applicable, object or request restriction.
