Service scope
Capabilities shown as available in the current ManuFox public catalog describe the current, completed product surface. Roadmap and planned statements are not binding delivery dates or guarantees of purchased functionality.
Priority of proposal and agreement
Price, users, onboarding, data migration, integrations, support, renewal, termination and data-delivery terms are finalized in the written proposal and agreement. The signed agreement prevails if terms conflict.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for protecting account details, assigning correct permissions, entering lawful and accurate data, operating their own controls and reporting unauthorized use.
Product and regulation
ManuFox supports operational records and traceability. It does not by itself provide ISO, FSSC, BRC, KVKK or other compliance certification or a guarantee of legal compliance.
Intellectual property
Rights in the ManuFox software, design, documentation and brand are reserved. Customers retain rights in the business data they enter.
Changes
The interface and capabilities may change for security, performance and product development. Material scope changes are announced through appropriate communication channels and release notes.
