What is ManuFox? | Food Manufacturing ERP

Learn how ManuFox connects lot, recipe, quality, production, inventory and shipment records.

From order to lot trace

The flow adapts to the modules and permissions used by each company. The sequence below shows the working core links.

  • Order or production need: A customer order or internal production need is recorded with product, quantity and due-date details.
  • Planning and reservation: A draft production order is prepared with recipe, quantity, priority and machine. Available materials can be reserved and shortages become visible.
  • Goods reception: Supplier materials are recorded with documents, internal lot, supplier lot, quantity and vehicle details.
  • Quality decision: Incoming or production quality records are evaluated with forms and test results; approval or rejection is retained in history.
  • Production: Selected lots are consumed and actual quantity, waste and output are recorded. Authorized reversal with a reason is available when necessary.
  • Label and record: The appropriate label is selected by product/customer relation. Current designs support static text and EAN-13 fields, with print history recorded.
  • Shipment: Products leave inventory with customer, carrier, dispatch document and delivery information.
  • Forward and backward trace: Research the record chain from a material lot to products and customers, or from a product lot back to consumed inputs.

We state clearly what is not available today

Absolute claims such as automatic, error-free or impossible should be used only when an end-to-end control has been verified.

  • Low stock is visible; purchase requests are created manually today.
  • The lot chain, affected customer/shipment list, quarantine-candidate list and email delivery tracking work; a separate case lifecycle with quarantine, disposal and closure records is planned.
  • Label assignment and print logs work; dynamic printing of lot, date and test values is planned.
  • Machine inventory and maintenance records work; OEE and live telemetry are planned.
  • Platform backups are managed by the operations team; tenant-controlled restore is planned.
  • Mass balance compares current and expected stock, movement chains, recipe consumption, production output and waste variance; a dedicated audit export is planned.
