Forward Trace
Forward trace starts with a material lot and follows its production consumption into product lots, shipments and affected customer records.
Forward and backward lot research across production and shipments

Following the lot chain in both directions
Forward trace starts with a material lot and follows its production consumption into product lots, shipments and affected customer records.
Backward trace starts with a product lot and identifies the production order, consumed material lots, supplier lots and reception records.
Researching an incident without overstating recall scope
Business reference numbers connect reception, quality, production, inventory and shipment records. Interfaces should show these meaningful references instead of technical UUIDs.
Enter a source material, semi-product or product lot on the Recall page and select Analyze. Review related production lots, affected shipments, customer contacts and remaining stock.
Download notification and quarantine-candidate lists as CSV or prepare the report file. Verify affected customers and recipients before confirming email delivery. Review successful and failed deliveries separately; a sent status does not mean the recipient read the message.
Attention: A quarantine-candidate list does not physically quarantine stock. Separate case, disposal and closure management is planned. The business remains responsible for official decisions and notifications.
Trace forward from material lots through production and shipments, and backward from product lots to consumed inputs.
Trace affected production lots, shipments, customers and on-hand stock from a source lot, then prepare notification and quarantine lists.
